My sincere thanks to the Seaside City Council for collaborating with Recology Western Oregon to provide us with wind latches for our recycling and garbage carts — at no cost to residents!

As we all know, Seaside can get quite windy. These latches will be a huge benefit, helping to keep the lids on our carts secure and prevent them from blowing open on those blustery days. This will also help prevent trash from flying out and attracting unwanted birds and pests.
