In this role, Shekar Pollak will lead all aspects of Madison Reed’s marketing and creative functions with a focus on inspiring women to demand more, in their hair color and their lives, through the brand’s revolutionary hair color offerings, while attracting new customers across the Madison Reed’s growing direct-to-consumer, Hair Color Bar and wholesale business. Shekar Pollak will report to Madison Reed CEO and Founder Amy Errett, working alongside her and the C-Suite to continue scaling the disruptor brand while driving revenue, new customer acquisition, brand engagement and community. Brad Lande-Shannon, who has made immeasurable contributions in his dual-role as Madison Reed’s Chief People Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, will continue to serve as Chief People Officer to accommodate the growing needs of the brand’s People and Culture Department and expanding workforce of 1,000+ team members.
