Louis Joseph Neubecker was born Feb. 15, 1949, in San Francisco. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 20 years.

On Oct. 22, Lou died peacefully at home, with the love of his life beside him.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly; four daughters and three sons-in-law; nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; one sister; and many cousins and friends.

A service was held at 10 a.m. Oct. 30 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 120 Oceanway in Seaside.

Hughes-Ransom Mortuary and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
