“Our commitment to being local and involved in the Longview/Kelso community is second to none, I promise we’ll have the same commitment in Astoria and all along the coast,” John Paul, the owner and president of Washington Interstate Broadcasting, said in a statement.

Steph Meadows, of Meadows Broadcasting, will continue to host the midday show. John Windus, a radio veteran who lives in Astoria, will join the station.

Washington Interstate Broadcasting runs KLOG, a classic hits station, KUKN Cookin’ Country and 101.5 The Blitz, a rock station.
