The Cannon Beach Chorus will play several spring concerts in the coming weeks, including at 7 p.m. April 26 at the Seaside United Methodist Church and at 3 p.m. April 28 at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Tillamook.

The group will return closer to home at the Cannon Beach Community Church for a 7 p.m. concert on May 3, and another at Nehalem Bay Methodist Church at 3 p.m. May 5.

The chorus was founded in 1988 under the direction of Danny Lawson, and in 2000 traveled to New York City to perform at Carnegie Hall.

Now under the direction of Roy Sieber, the chorus performs choral classics and arrangements of popular folk and show tunes during fall and spring concert seasons. For more details, visit www.cannonbeachchorus.org.
