Seaside Public Library display features local art

The Seaside Public Library has opened a new exhibit of art by local Gearhart artist Dawning McGinnis, which runs until Aug. 28.
The exhibit, titled “Dawning’s Art,” includes acrylic on canvas paintings as well as charcoal drawings. The art is on display in the Community Room and foyer of the library.
