Measure 4-221 is not the answer to our shortage of housing. We need stricter oversight by the county, not this.

The measure bans short term rentals but it can also significantly impact tourism, increase our taxes and limit beach access in some areas. Businesses count on tourism. Locals cant afford higher taxes. Don’t be fooled, this measure is no good for the community. Vote no on measure 4-221 on May 16.
