On Nov. 12, the Friends of the Seaside Library will host documentary filmmaker Ron Walker as he presents the world premiere of his new film “Gone But Not Forgotten,” in the community room at 2 p.m.

This film examines the long life of ferryboat Tourist No. 2. This ferryboat served Astoria before the bridge was built across the Columbia River and ended up having many lives after that. The film is a memorial to the Astoria icon.
