The Necanicum Watershed Council and Buoy Beer will host a beach cleanup and costume party on Oct. 21. The cleanup takes place from 1 to 3 p.m.; meet up at the Seaside Turnaround.

From 3 to 5 p.m., the “Boo-y” beer garden will benefit the Necanicum Watershed Council.

Bags will be provided for trash and bottle can collection; the deposit returns support the Cans for Coho Initiative. Best costume prizes will be announced at 4 p.m.
