After 12 years of outstanding service to the Cannon Beach Chorus and the North Oregon Coast communities, Dr. John Buehler and Dr. Susan Buehler have moved to Newberg to be closer to family. As music educators, they shared their many talents and love of music in schools, churches and the community. 

The Cannon Beach Chorus is actively searching for a new director and accompanist to begin in September. 

The former conductor of the Cannon Beach Chorus, John Buehler built the Cannon Beach Chorus to a rich 60-voice ensemble, as he also supported local high school choral programs and church music.

Susan Buehler was the consummate accompanist for the Cannon Beach Chorus. Both the Seaside Calvary Episcopal Church and the Cannon Beach Community Church benefited from her expertise on the organ. Local high school choral programs also enjoyed her piano accompaniment.
