Seaside Art Walk ahead

Seaside First Saturday Art Walk will be held July 2 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Historic Gilbert District between Broadway and Holladay in downtown Seaside, with dedicated parking at Holladay and Oceanway.

Salon on Broadway, 600 Broadway, features the artwork of Kegan French, owner, stylist, and artist.

SunRose Gallery, 606 Broadway, presents artist Patty Thurlby with upcycled, whimsical art and decor. Also showing artists Jan Barber, Robin Montero, Mimi Fox, Mari Walker, Jenny Coakley, Anna Meyrick, Jeane Carrol and Cathy Tippin. Live music and light refreshments.

Pacific Heirloom Art, 608 Broadway, features a collection of lighthouses.

Fairweather House and Gallery, 612 Broadway, introduces the exhibition “This Place,” with works by regional artists Paul Brent, Victoria Brooks, Nick Brakel, Agnes Field, Barbara Bacon Folawn, Cicely Gilman, Bev Drew Kindley, JoAnn Pari-Mueller, Gail Pennebaker and Jan Rimerman. The gallery will host artist talks at 5:30 p.m., followed by a lecture from biologist, naturalist, and photographer Neal Maine at 6:00 p.m. Live music by Chelsea LeFey.

TigerLily Gallery, 613 Broadway, features art, prints, and giclées from local artists selected by Gloria Hernandez.

The Whet Spot, 12 N. Holladay Dr., features all the local Northwest-named beers, wines, ciders, and an ever-changing gallery display of local abstract and whimsical art.

Starry Night Inn and Art Hotel, 811 1st Ave. presents original art and prints from a curated list of Portland artists.
