Seaside High School’s Esnard is crowned ‘Miss Scandinavia’

- Olivia Esnard, Miss Finland 2022, was crowned Miss Scandinavia last Friday night at the the 55th annual Astoria Scandinavian Midsummer Festival.
Olivia Esnard, Miss Finland 2022, was crowned Miss Scandinavia Friday night at the the 55th annual Astoria Scandinavian Midsummer Festival.
She just finished her junior year at Seaside High School and is the daughter of Sari and Matt Esnard of Surf Pines.
