‘Shakespearance’ in Cannon Beach

The Coaster Theatre Playhouse will present “Shakespeareance: Ghosts, Fairies and Spirits” on the stage in Cannon Beach City Park on Fridays.
Shakespeareance is a collection of well-known Shakespearean scenes, soliloquies, monologues and songs focusing on the spirits and ghosts of Shakespeare’s plays. They are stitched together for a fun and accessible performance for Shakespearean novices and experts alike.
A special performance is planned in the theater’s courtyard at 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 29. The final performance will be on the Coaster Theatre stage at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 8.
All performances are free and no tickets are required, but donations are welcome. More information is available online at coastertheatre.com or by calling the theatre box office at 503-436-1242.
The park is located at Second and Spruce.
