Durinda Haukap, M.S. R.D., has started as the director of the CMH-OHSU Knight Cancer Collaborative this month.

Prior to joining CMH, Haukap worked as the vice president of support services at Avamere Health Services. She has also worked in other leadership roles at Walgreens infusion and respiratory services; Apria/Coram Healthcare; Crescent Healthcare; and Kindred Healthcare.

She is a certified nutrition support clinician through the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. She also is board-certified in gerontological nutrition by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She earned her master’s degree in nutrition from Idaho State University.
