The driver who hit a parked truck on Broadway early Wednesday morning has been located, Seaside Police said. At 12:49 a.m., in the 1200 block of Broadway of Seaside, a parked truck was hit and damaged. No information was left by the person driving the other vehicle.

On Wednesday afternoon they had located the driver of the vehicle.
