Alexander is finalist for Jiu Jitsu award

Anthony Alexander, an instructor at Adamson Bros. Jiu Jitsu Academy in Seaside, is one of 27 martial arts instructors, is a finalist vying for the title of 2020 Greatmats National Grappling Martial Arts Instructor of the Year.

The award is part of Greatmats’ sixth Annual National Award Series, which honors instructors, coaches and trainers who have made a positive impact on their clients and communities.

More than 150,000 votes poured in during November two-week voting period were used to determine this year’s finalists for the following awards:

Winners will be named Dec. 1.

In a statement from Adamson Bros., “(Alexander) deserves it very much, with all the hard work he puts in at the academy and in the community.”
