Seaside resident James W. Young photographed these F-15 Eagles as they flew over Broadway Park in Seaside at 9:30 a.m. Friday. The tribute, conducted by Oregon’s 173rd Fighter Wing, paid tribute to Oregonians on the forefront of the COVID-19 pandemic, among them health care workers at Providence Seaside Hospital. Flyovers began at 8:50 a.m. over Vancouver, Washington, and concluded at 11:20 a.m. in Bend. Additional Oregon Air National Guard flyovers are scheduled to continue next Friday.
