The Good Bowl is one of Astoria's local eateries still open.

Restaurants and bars along the coast are transitioning to only doing takeout and delivery orders.

The change comes after Gov. Kate Brown announced Monday that bars and restaurants will be takeout only for the next four weeks after banning gatherings over 25 people. In Washington state, Gov. Jay Inslee ordered restaurants and bars to be takeout only until March 31.
