From Thursday through Sunday, Sept. 5-8, Wheels and Waves brought the glamour of Detroit’s glory days classics to Seaside. The event, an annual fixture in Seaside since 1994 featured pre-1974 vehicles in a downtown showcase throughout the weekend and a Saturday afternoon downtown cruise, followed by awards and ice cream social.
