Public Works Director Dale McDowell reports that the water system that serves homes and businesses outside the city limits of Seaside along U.S. Highway 101 and Highway 26.

The temporary shutdown to upgrade a pump station will be Thursday, Feb. 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
