Debbi Devault Cutler is the proprietor of Red Barn Dog Grooming and Spa in Gearhart. Cutler has been training and showing standard poodles in obedience for over 20 years.

“I have hundreds of ribbons from showing in rally and obedience,” Cutler said. “I’ve had dogs with perfect scores in rally.”

She’s now offering classes in rally, A.K.C. beginner obedience, and A.K.C. star puppies.

“Rally classes are an hour and a half; other classes are an hour. Classes are limited to six dogs; it’s $85 for six weeks.” Cutler says she has all the regulation professional equipment to teach agility but has not begun offering classes in that as of yet.

Bathe and groom your dog yourself runs between $15 and $20, depending on the size of the dog. Cutler provides high quality shampoo, towels, and a professional dog dryer. Call to make sure a tub is available. In her grooming parlor Cutler only works on one dog at a time. Pricing is competitive with other area groomers.
