Windermere Realty Trust supported 43 charitable organizations throughout Oregon and southwest Washington in 2017. Specifically in the North Coast, $9,500 was given to locally based nonprofits, among them the Autism Society of Oregon and South County Community Food Bank, through the Windermere Foundation.

The donations were distributed year-round throughout the Portland metro area, the north Oregon coast and Vancouver, Washington. Beneficiaries included De Paul’s Food Pantry in Gearhart, the Children’s Justice Center, Bridge Meadows, New Avenues for Youth and others.
