WARRENTON — The Astoria and Seaside cross country teams met for one last tune-up before next week’s league championship meet, as the Fishermen and Gulls met a Cullaby Lake for a 3,000-meter race Thursday afternoon.

Seaside senior Rafi Sibony — who scored a goal in the Seaside boys’ soccer win less than 24 hours earlier — won the boys’ race in 10 minutes, 3 seconds, ahead of Astoria freshman Cameron VanRaden (10:34). Seaside sophomore Beau Johnson was third (10:52).
