Seaside High School’s fall play will be “The Craving: A horrific Comedy in Two Acts” by Don Zolidis. Directing will be English teacher Susan Baertlein, with Chloe Kincaid and Bella Curcin as assistant directors and Lucas Nagle as stage manager.

Cast includes: Jack Stapleton (as Terry), Jacob Brien (as Max), Ryanne Sunnell (as Jamie), Annie Stafford (as Janine), Majestik De Luz (as Emma), Dakota Young (as Big Al), Gretchen Hoekstre (as Jojo), Mathilda Gunleiksrud (as Murdoch), Frida Ruff (as Ally), Samantha Thornton (as Magdalena), Jacob Brien (as Tony), Gretchen Hoekstre (as Tasha), Dakota Young (as Hank), Jasmyn Kurkov (as Kat), and Emma Harsch, Broadway Middle School 8 grade student, (as Minion).

“The Craving” tells the tale of screenwriter Terry Morris, who just completed his first screenplay — a heartwarming emotional journey. His dreams of becoming a major Hollywood screenwriter are answered when a big Hollywood studio decides to produce his screenplay, but his dream turns into a nightmare as Hollywood transforms his touching script into a comedic zombie slasher film instead.

Performances are slated for Nov. 3, 4, 9, 10 and 11 at 7 p.m. Seaside High School is located at 1901 N. Holladay Dr. Call the school office at 503-738-5586 for ticket information.
