Providence Seaside Hospital offers a monthly diabetes self-management class. Connect with others to share tips and ideas for excellent diabetes management. Instructors include a certified diabetes educator and pharmacist.

The class takes place the second Friday of each month from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Providence Seaside Hospital Education Center A, 725 S. Wahanna, Seaside. Health care provider referral is required. To register call 503-717-7301.
